With more than 20 years of experience as an accountant—and several years before that as a bookkeeper and office manager—I’ve had the opportunity to work across nearly every area of accounting. My background includes payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, monthly close, statutory filings, GAAP and IFRS financial reporting, developing internal controls, preparing documentation for insurance claims, supporting system implementations, and leading process improvement initiatives.
Working with businesses of different sizes, structures, and industries has taught me how to scale accounting principles and tailor them to fit each organization’s unique needs. Whether a company is just getting started or growing into the next stage, I’ve learned how to meet them where they are and help build a solid financial foundation.
Eberman Business Services was created to support small and medium‑sized businesses as they move from early operations into the point where bookkeeping and accounting become essential—but a full‑time hire may not yet be the right fit. My goal is to provide flexible, knowledgeable support that bridges that gap.
Some businesses need short‑term, project‑based help—such as software implementations, new process rollouts, or establishing internal controls. I offer hands‑on guidance through these transitions and ensure a smooth, controlled handoff so your team can confidently take ownership moving forward.
Others may find that reconciliations or account issues have built up over time. I provide dedicated support to get everything back on track, restore clarity, and set up processes that can be easily managed in‑house going forward.
Eberman Business Services exists to make accounting feel manageable, scalable, and aligned with your business goals—no matter where you are in your journey.
